Himel BASIC series variable speed drives (VSDs) are for single-phase/three-phase asynchronous motors from 0.75 kW to 5.5 kW. Designed for your small machines and simple general purpose applications like pumps, fans, carving machines, etc. Himel BASIC VSD is designed with the focus on essentials in terms of both hardware and software for high performance at a low cost.
BASIC series covers motor power with the following supplies:
- 220 V single-phase AC, from 0.4..2.2 kW
- 380..440 V three-phase AC, from 0.75..5.5 kW

Yes, Himel drivess can have a derated use between 40 to 50 degree celsius. We recommend using one rating higher in such cases. For example, for a 0.75kW motor, 1kW drive should be used.
